All Ticket Sales Are Final At The Royal Grove, we are committed to providing an exceptional entertainment experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

REFUND POLICY

Please carefully read these Ticketing Terms of Use (TTOU) as they include crucial information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. This includes various limitations and exclusions, and a dispute resolution clause for handling disputes. Your purchase might have additional Terms and Conditions, so check them before buying.

When using the TIXR service, which is provided by GriGmusic LLC (referred to as “TIXR”), you agree to these TTOU. If you accept these terms during the ticket purchase process by checking the box next to "I Agree to the Terms of Purchase," you enter into a binding agreement with TIXR. If you disagree with these terms or any other applicable terms, you won’t be able to complete your purchase.

TIXR can change these TTOU at any time, and changes take effect immediately when posted on the website. If any modifications are unacceptable to you, stop using the service. Continuing to use the service after changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

The privacy of your payment information and personal data is governed by GriGmusic LLC’s Privacy Policy, which is part of these TTOU.

TIXR sells tickets and VIP Table Packages on behalf of Event Promoters, including artists, venues, and promoters. We don’t set ticket prices but handle sales transactions and payments. TIXR may change or remove services and features as needed.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service for events unless you have a notarized parent consent form. You need to follow all TTOU, applicable laws, and regulations while using the service.

When purchasing tickets, conditions may apply to coupons, promotional codes, credits, or gift cards. You agree to cover all charges incurred by you or users of your account and payment method, including taxes and fees. Only use payment methods you own or are authorized to use. Avoid trying to hide your identity or use multiple IP addresses or email addresses for transactions. TIXR or the Event Promoter may limit the number of tickets you can purchase and may cancel orders if they suspect issues like using automated systems or exceeding limits. If your order is canceled, you’ll be refunded the ticket’s face value.

Ticket prices may change, and TIXR or the Event Promoter can cancel tickets if there are pricing errors or issues. Fraudulent use of credit or debit cards may lead to refused transactions, and TIXR or the Event Promoter may involve law enforcement if necessary.

For Pre-Paid Tables or Table Packages, remember that gratuity, venue fees, sales tax, and live entertainment tax are extra. Reservations require a major credit card, and all sales are final. You must follow check-in policies, present the confirmation with a government-issued ID, and the card used for purchase.

Music venues might have loud music and special effects, so consider health risks before attending. By entering, you assume risks related to the event and venue.

For Pre-Paid Tables, if you check in late, you might be seated at another table or receive a refund depending on availability. There are no refunds for table packages, and locations are assigned upon arrival.

Confirm your purchase by checking your email for a confirmation. If there’s an error or you don’t receive confirmation, contact customer service to confirm your order.

To enter an event, you need to present a government-issued photo ID. Some IDs won’t be accepted. Each ticket is a license to attend the event and is subject to additional terms. Event Promoters can refuse admission or eject attendees without refund if they don’t comply with rules.

You agree to a search of your belongings and may be denied entry if you refuse. Certain items might be prohibited at the venue.

Event Promoters can change event details, including dates and venues.

Refunds are only issued if the Event Promoter instructs TIXR to do so and provides the necessary funds. TIXR isn’t liable for travel or other expenses related to canceled or postponed events.

Recording or transmitting any part of the event is prohibited. You grant TIXR and associated entities permission to use your image and likeness from the event in various media.

The resale of tickets and commercial use without authorization is prohibited. TIXR and any software used have intellectual property rights that you must respect. You can’t copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service.

You must provide accurate information and only use your own credit cards. Concealing your identity or using multiple IP addresses is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold TIXR, GriGmusic LLC, and their affiliates harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or conduct at the event.

The Service is provided “as is,” and TIXR and Event Promoter disclaim all warranties. They’re not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

For disputes, you must first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, arbitration will be the final step. This will be handled confidentially by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be binding and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. No class actions or representative actions are allowed.

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. All ticket sales are conclusively final. Refund requests, regardless of the nature or situation, will not be considered or accepted. This includes, without limitation, situations such as changes to personal plans, health or medical issues, travel-related complications, adverse weather conditions, modifications to the event schedule, or changes in the artist lineup.

The Royal Grove reserves the right to change the schedule, artists, and lineup at any time without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend double-checking the artist and date of your desired event before making a purchase.
