About

A True Lincoln Landmark

For nearly 80 years, the iconic Royal Grove nightclub has hosted live music and entertainment events with legendary local and national talent. Nebraska Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Famer Tommy Jelsma (right) and his family built the club into one of the Midwest’s premier venues.

That legacy continues on today as the Royal Grove remains independent and locally owned/operated while continuing to host nationally recognized talent on its stage - all with a charming old-school vibe that harkens back to days gone by.

In it's current location since 1967, The Royal Grove has an old school 60s/70s vibe with top-notch acoustics and sightlines.

Old School Meets State-of-the-Art

The club hosted thousands of concerts over the years until closing in 2005 to become a country music venue. After a few ownership and name changes, the historic Royal Grove was reopened in January 2018 with all of its old-school charm plus new, state of the art improvements. Our team is committed to showcasing world-class talent and providing a memorable experience for our guests - all while honoring the venue's rich history and tradition.
