Our bag policy is to ensure the safety and convenience of all guests. Only small bags with dimensions no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” are permitted. Backpacks, large totes, and duffel bags are strictly prohibited. However, exceptions may be made for medically necessary items or diaper bags, provided they undergo a thorough inspection upon entry.
All bags are subject to inspection before entry to maintain a secure environment. Guests are required to open all compartments of their bags to facilitate a thorough and efficient search process. To expedite entry, guests should have their bags open and ready for inspection and ensure they have a valid ID ready for verification.
Small personal items such as wallets, phones, keys, and other essential belongings are allowed. Guests are encouraged to limit their possessions to only necessary items to streamline the entry process. Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, alcohol, glass containers, flashlights, large aerosols, and outside food or beverages, unless medically necessary. These policies are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Please do not purchase tickets from an unknown, 3rd party vendor or reseller; we may not be able to verify those tickets as being authentic. Tickets can also be purchased in person at The Royal Grove beginning 1 hour before any scheduled event. There are no service charge or ticket fees at the box office.
All tickets sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. By purchasing a ticket to any or our events, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.
Unless otherwise posted all of our shows are All Ages. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or bring a notarized letter of consent from a parent or guardian. Please email us at info@theroyalgrove.com for the letter of consent.
Valid identification is required for all individuals entering the venue, regardless of age or intent to purchase alcohol. Failure to provide proper identification will result in refusal of entry. This policy is strictly enforced, and any violation will lead to immediate ejection from the venue.
